Following are some of the questions we have received till today for trouble shooting Live darshan. Please read questions/answers below and try to fix the Live Darshan on your computer.
1) When I goto the home page for Live darshan, I get the following screen.

| Live darshan is provided to you using Abacast live streaming to your computer. You can click NEXT button and follow the instructions to install the Abacast plug-in to your computer. Once you install the computer, it will not ask you again when you visit next time. If you choose not to install, this message will appear every time you visit the website for Live Darshan. We recommend that you install this plug-in for Live Darshan. |

2) Sometimes when I come for Live darshan, I get the following screen.
How to fix this problem ?

| Live darshan requires an ActiveX plug-in to be installed on your computer. Your browser prevents third party ActiveX controls and that is why you get this error message. Right click on the yellow band on your screen, and click on the Allow activeX or Allow block content to watch Live Darshan. |

3) I see very big letters or fonts when I visit the website ?
How to fix this problem ?

ISSOCHICAGO.ORG website is best viewed with 1024 x 768 screen resolution. Please change the resolution of your screen to 1024 x 768. Right click on your desktop, and select Settings tab and change the resolution shown in the following image. Click the Apply button to set the resolution to 1024 x 768.

4) I tried all the above questions/answers and still can't fix the Live darshan problem on my computer ?
